Ellerman House.

Ellerman House sits high above the Atlantic in Bantry Bay. It is a private hotel shaped by South African art, wine and heritage. We’ll eat at Curate, its intimate restaurant inside the Wine Gallery.

I’m Chef Jason McKinney.

I trained at The French Laundry and co-founded Truffle Shuffle, which appeared on Shark Tank. I’m now cooking around the world as I work toward opening Restaurant Elizabeth in New York.
